I contacted Jason on Tuesday 29/7/25 and within 5 minutes and after I sent him a couple of photos, Jason gave me a quote over the phone. He then texted me to confirm the time his worker would attend. This morning Sam arrived (after giving me a call to confirm the time) to cut the concrete outside to create a garden bed. He was extremely kind and helpful throughout. Despite the concrete being thicker than expected in some areas, Sam completed the job with care and patience, removing all the pieces afterwards. When I offered to help, he said “don’t worry I will do it”. The pieces were so heavy I couldn’t do much anyway. Sam even took the time to neatly fold the garden hose which he used with the concrete saw. He just showed so much attention to details. The price was very reasonable and the job was done perfectly I am very happy how smooth the process has been and with the outcome.
